The three-day festival promises a fun and satisfying weekend with a farm tour, student competition, seminars, demonstrations and gala on the program. The Cacao Farm tour will happen at the Kona Natural Soap Company while all the other events will be held at the Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii.

The festival also features the Annual Student Culinary Competition where the participants will create and vie for the best plated dessert. Celebrity judge Chocolatier Jacques Torres, and renowned chefs Donald Wressell, Vincent Bourdin and Stanton Ho will oversee the competition.
