PRLog - April 14, 2014 - IRVING, Texas -- The company has worked with the Texas Rangers as a client for the past 12 years and is delighted that the franchise will be continuing their contract with Connect DFW for another season. As Rachel, the firm’s CEO explained, “The campaign that we run on their behalf really expands their reach. Connect DFW Team - Texas Rangers Orientation
The campaign kicked off on April 3, 2014, and with it the high expectations of what will come in the next few months. The goal for Connect DFW is to build upon last year’s success and surpass the results in order to take the team spirit to new regions never before targeted.
Over the years, Connect DFW has been a big part of the promotional plan for the team and is proud to be continuing in this role. It’s an exciting time for the marketing specialists at the firm, as it will involve strategic planning and implementation for a well-known brand in the region.
Continued Partnership with the Texas Rangers Ensures Promotion Opportunities for Connect DFW Team
Given the size of the outreach effort implemented by the Connect DFW team, this continuing contract will have a significant impact on the company as a whole over the next season. “This is a huge campaign and huge part of the year for us. In fact, it’s the biggest campaign in the spring and the summer for our team.”
As an innovative advertising specialist, Connect DFW is always looking for ways to improve their dynamic marketing approach to garner even greater market expansion for their clients. In order to make this possible, they rely on their creative marketing specialists who provide the research and strategic planning support to give their campaigns touchdown quality. These individuals have developed plans to take the campaign into whole new regions, which will require an even larger team than years past.
Two individuals in particular will be heading up the campaign implementation according to the CEO. “Natalie and Thomas will be managing the account,” she explains. “They were chosen because they both have been strong in representing our other clients. In everything they do, they’re both highly professional and demonstrate great leadership in the office every day. They have already managed some of our biggest campaigns and made them extremely successful, so we’re confident they will do the same for the Texas Rangers.”
Woven into the campaign plans are opportunities for team members to take on more responsibility as part of the firm’s ongoing efforts to foster an atmosphere conducive to professional development. Rachel anticipates that as the campaign grows, there will be openings for at least four team members to step into managerial roles in addition to those already filled by Natalie and Thomas.
As Rachel explained, “This is a great opportunity for our executives to work with one of our biggest and most prestigious clients. As a result, they will have opportunities to gain confidence and build their customer service skills through the process of promoting the team. We love working with the Texas Rangers and are excited to have the season off to a great start!”
