Connect DFW Announcing Significant Team Updates for New Quarter

IRVING, Texas - April 14, 2014 - PRLog -- With new clients and team promotions combined, Connect DFW is seeing success after success. Rachel, the firm’s CEO, is excited about the advancement of her executives, and had great things to say about each one of them.

Ethan, a former varsity basketball player with an infectious personality, is being promoted to account management. Ethan came to the Connect DFW family after spending time in the Marine Corps. Serving all over the world and participating in humanitarian assistance and relief efforts in Asia and the Philippines allows him to add the kind of philanthropic culture that the firm values. “Ethan has been a constant motivator since day one, lending his coaching skills to the team at large,” said Ethan’s manager.

Thomas, a former linebacker, student of Jeet Kun Do, and graduate of Cedar Valley College, is up for promotion as well. Due to his goal-setting skills and business mindset, he will be moving into account management. New responsibilities for Thomas will include client representation, campaign management, and training and development of subordinates. According to the CEO, "Thomas is a visionary leader and someone who is self-motivated. He excelled in the client representation position and was quickly at the top of the team with consistently strong results."

Shawna, a nationally ranked tennis player and mother of two, is another branding specialist who has proven she has the skills to succeed in this industry. She will also be moving into account management, responsible for every aspect of client and campaign implementation. Also on her plate, is the training up of new team members in our training program. “Shawna is fearless and determined to succeed in all she does,” the firm’s CEO commented. "She has achieved off the charts success from day one, and we expect to see even more advancement from her in the near future.”

Finally, Lacey will also be advancing to account management. With a Bachelor’s Degree in mass communications and a background as a magazine editor, she has an intuitive sense for the promotional business. According to her mentor, "She is the whole package. While some people will be strong in leadership skills or client representation, Lacey is a shining example of all of these things. She is very well rounded, and a joy to work with every day."

In addition to the great new names in account management positions, more promotions are in the works for other team members at Connect DFW. Elise is moving into the event coordinator position, and is going to be staying in Dallas to complete her new responsibilities. “Elise is on the fast tracked path for those people who have excelled on the business to business side of our work.We expect that Elise will be managing her own portfolio of clients soon,” said a member of management.

Expansion and New Clients as a Result of Successful Team Efforts

The promotions that individuals in the Connect DFW family are seeing have led to significant expansion for the firm. Rachel, the firm’s CEO, mentioned several office openings in conjunction with the career advancement of her team. In addition to the branding specialists already mentioned, Haley, Cece, and Iziah have also made the move to account management recently.
