His mobile service provides the innovative therapy to individuals in the home or office throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area. One client, 55 year-old Merilee S., says that “Damian uses stretching techniques that I had never seen before. Motlo, a Stretch Therapist and Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, says “People of all ages are good candidates for the technique. AIS sessions are typically one hour in length and participants should be comfortably clothed. Stretching can begin from a massage table or a chair.
