California Proposition 65 Concludes Consent Agreement Over the years, Prop 65 has concluded consent agreements in a number of consumer products such as bibs, ceramic ware and glassware, cosmetics, furniture, jewelry, luggage and accessories, personal carrying products, hand tools, car-charging products, rest mats, laundry detergents, sunglasses, table linens, watches, apparel, scrub sponges and squeegees (2). In the fall of 2013, a number of Prop 65 settlements were reached for a variety of products, including, but not limited to, decorative pine picks, grip clips, phone cases and tablecloth protectors.
