Enbraun Releases Update of their Flagship Resource Scheduling Software, eRS is Now Version 4.0.1

April 14, 2014 - PRLog -- We proudly announces a new release of our flagship resource scheduling software (http://www.youtube.com/user/enbraun123)  which can be used by the organizations to manage their resources in a better manner. We are grateful to all our team members and our existing users who helped us to make the existing software much better. This software would help the managers to track their employees in real-time, hence with the help of this software, managers will track the actual utilization of their resources (no matter if they are human or non-human).

We have introduced various features in the package to make that will surely solve all the problems relevant to resource planning or resource scheduling.

Now, let us talk about the new features which have been added into this version:

Ø  “Recurrence Booking” feature to facilitate bookings that repeat at regular interval.

Ø  Export “Booking Chart” to excel.

Ø  User can organize the data according to many ways.

Ø  User can find the right resource from the resource pool with the help of “Resource Filters”.

Ø  “Project Filters” allow the project managers to look into the project’s details more deeply.

Ø  Sorting of data on the grids / screens can be done to make the search easier.

Ø  All reports (utilization, Forecasting and Financial) can now be organized with more different options.

Ø  Column hiding on the grid / screens.

Ø  Selection of multiple resources, projects, groupings, bookings can be done easily with the help mouse dragging or user can take the help of “CTRL+A”.

Ø  Projects can be saved with extra details added into them.

Ø  “Task” and “Location” of different projects can be added separately.

Ø  Facility to organize projects and reports based on their tasks.

Ø  Project fields have been made independent.

Ø  Project fields are now configurable (can be re-named).

Ø  Project Tasks can be imported / exported through mpp (MS Project) file.

Ø  Other bug fixes.

With these changes we have made this application easy to use and we hope that this effort of Enbraun would make resource planning issues lesser.
