After attending culinary school at the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago and working as an Executive Chef for several years, it was time to venture out and change the world on his terms, one bite at a time that is. "After living and working in the area for so long, it became apparent there weren't many options available for catering. I wanted to change that. I decided to open Food Endeavors to bring quality affordable catering, and make it available to everyone."
