Local Chef Starts New Catering Company - And Starts By Setting The Bar High

 
ADDISON, Ill. - April 13, 2014 - PRLog -- For Chicago born chef Alonso Gonzalez, food has always more than sustenance. "Food is art, and the plate is a canvas," he says. After attending culinary school at the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago and working as an Executive Chef for several years, it was time to venture out and change the world on his terms, one bite at a time that is. "After living and working in the area for so long, it became apparent there weren't many options available for catering. I wanted to change that. I decided to open Food Endeavors to bring quality affordable catering, and make it available to everyone."

Food Endeavors Inc. is based in Addison, Illinois which is a suburb of Chicago. They offer many different options, suitable for any occasion from a formal business meeting to a backyard barbeque. Chef Alonso specializes in traditional American, Italian, Mediterranean, and Mexican cuisines, but you may find him cooking up just about anything your little hearts, or taste buds, desire. One thing that sets Food Endeavors apart is the flexibility in planning the menu, and the ability to customize nearly everything imaginable. "Every event is different, and every client is unique. There are no one size fits all, cookie cutter packages here," Chef Alonso says.
