Point Pinos Grill Opens For Dinner, New Seasonal Menu Announced
Pacific Grove, CA, March 21, 2014– Point Pinos Grill, managed by local gourmet caterer AQUA TERRA Culinary, is once again be open for seasonal dinner service, the reopening corresponded with the Daylight Savings Time change.
The full lunch and dinner menu is available daily starting at 11:30 am, with our last dinner seating at 8pm. We will continue offering our popular lounge menu from 3:00 pm until close, in the bar and lounge. Happy Hour continues to be a local’s favorite from 4:00pm to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday.
There is also still breakfast service seven days a week with the counter service opening at 6:30am and full breakfast from 7:30-11:30 Monday through Friday and 7:00am-11:45 on weekends.
The menu, created by Head Chef Shane Griffin with Executive Chef Dory Ford and Chef de Cuisine Estevan Jimenez, includes local favorites from our past menu – and highlights three new exciting entrees:

House Made Biscuits, Succotash, Brown Gravy
Marinated Achiote Bistro Steak and “Papas Empanada Tower”
Fried Chorizo and Corn Flautas, Salinas Greens, Jicama, Pickled Onions, Cumin Lime Vinaigrette
Pan Seared Wild Salmon
Farmers Market Vegetables, Paella Sauce, Artichoke Chips
Point Pinos Grill, located next to the PG Golf Links at 79 Asilomar Blvd., is a new local favorite with an ocean view in Pacific Grove with fresh, local ingredients and innovative menu prepared under the supervision of Head Chef Shane Griffin. The restaurant is managed by local award-winning catering and food management company AQUA TERRA Culinary, Inc.
