Railways to run Special Trains for vacationers

April 12, 2014 - PRLog -- The Railways will operate special trains throughout the summer time vacation, informed the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC).

The IRCTC stated the Bharat Darshan train will conduct service from Madurai to locations in north India, via Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Shoranur, Palakkad, Podanur, Erode, Salem and Vijayawada.

The trip covers tourist places for example Haridwar, Varanasi, Gaya, Puri, Konark and Visakhapatnam. The train will convey just Bharat Darshan vacationers.

The train will begin from Madurai on May 23, and can go through Kerala on May 24. The price of the tour package is 7,500, comprising non AC sleeper class ticket, non-AC residence, non AC buses for excursion and vegetarian food.

The initial options that come with the package include tourist pads and guards on each one of the 10 coaches, including the kitchen vehicle, sound system for important bulletins, music, and off and on-board catering services.
