Steven Nemec looks forward to participating in events that raise awareness and prevention of these issues occurring around the world. Previously, Steven Nemec worked extensively to raise funds for Red Cross disaster relief effort for calamities such as Hurricane Katrina and Typhoon Yolanda. For Steven Nemec, volunteering and working with civic groups and various charities and organizations is an important way of giving back to the community and helping to make a difference in the world.
Steven Nemec specializes in civil judgment enforcement, acquiring and overseeing a range of civil cases after judgment is entered, in his San Francisco and Washington, DC private offices.
Steven Nemec has more than 25 years of experience in law enforcement. He serves as the administrator with TCS managing the support staff in handling Civil Native American Courts System cases that have proceeded to judgment and undertakes financial investigations of judgment debtor involved in such cases. Steven also facilitates the transfer of these cases to federal and state courts in order to obtain parallel judgment. As soon as both judgments are rendered, Steven Nemec undertakes enforcement activities that may include bank account levies, wage garnishments, and the serving of court subpoenas. Steven Nemec received a law degree with alternative dispute resolution specialty from the University of Arizona.
