tuja wellness Announces Release of Multiple Guided Meditation Albums on iTunes

 
April 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Banff, AB – Demand for the guided meditation recordings featured during the tuja 30-Day Meditation Challenge leads to iTunes releases.


Award-winning, Canadian health and wellness website, tuja wellness, hosted a 30-day meditation challenge in February 2014 that drew over 3000 participants. During the event, participants meditated every day with the aid of a new guided meditation provided by tuja wellness. Now that the event is over, it appears that 30 days was not enough. Participants and people who found out about the event after the fact are clamouring for access to the guided meditations. To answer the call, tuja wellness is pleased to announce that all of the meditations (and a few bonus tracks) are now available on iTunes.


Meditators have several options. They can opt for the full album with 32 days worth of guided meditations ranging from 5 minutes in length to 20 minutes. Alternatively, week-long albums are also available grouped together by the length of meditations; 7 days of 5-Minute Guided Meditations, 7 days of 10-Minute Guided Meditations, 7 days of 15-Minute Guided Meditations, and 7 Days of 20-Minute Guided Meditations. Or, meditators can pick and chose their favourite shorter meditations by selecting single tracks.

The albums feature some of Canada's top meditation instructors including Eoin Finn, Ann Douglas, Suzanne Slocum-Gori, Bhaskar Goswami, Reno Muenz and Grace Dubery. Meditation styles vary from track to track with options like Metta, Yoga Nidra, breath-focused and total relaxation. On all albums, beginners and seasoned meditators will enjoy verbal guidance through their meditation accompanied by relaxing music.

Meditation has been a hot topic of late with recent studies showing that those who practice regularly experience reduced stress and improved general health and brain function. Getting started can be intimidating and confusing, which is why tuja created the 30-day meditation challenge in the first place.

By easing in to the practice with shorter meditations and then escalating the practice over 30 days, participants are more likely to develop this healthy habit for the long term. And now, with these new album releases on iTunes, more people can take advantage of the 30-day program and discover the benefits of meditation on their own time.
