Automated Service Delivers Savings for Oakland Housing Authority

TROY, Ohio - April 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Nobody expected to see such a dramatic improvement in time and cost savings. When the property management team at The Campbell Village brought on an automated messaging service, they hoped to see their resident communications improve.

There were times when I couldn’t share community information at all,” said Constance Cole, resident services coordinator at The Campbell Village.

Now the staff records a single voice message and sends it to all residents at once. Residents are getting the important announcements and it’s saving staff time and money. The Campbell Village chose One Call Now (http://www.onecallnow.com/), a notification service used by many managed properties for day-to-day and emergency messaging. “It’s a tremendous resource and residents are grateful to have reminders,” added Cole. “It has definitely improved communications and resident services. It’s like having another staff member.”
