Once the Ellis shopping report evaluation is completed, Ellis transmits data to Grace Hill electronically for any shop that falls short of a passing score based on each client’s established scoring threshold. Grace Hill then attaches the necessary training modules in Vision LMS for the associate who was shopped. Clients may pre-determine completion dates for assignments, and training administrators and managers may access reporting, status and scores at a glance in Vision LMS.
