NYC ACS Lawyer Has Case Dismissed at The Office of Children and Family Services

April 10, 2014 - PRLog -- After ACS has conducted an investigation and they do not have enough evidence to bring you to Family Court, they file a letter of "indicated" child abuse with the Office of Children and Family Services. This is what happened inthe case of ACS v. E.L.
