INJAZ Organization Partners with InspirEngage International on Three-Day Series of Bootcamps

April 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Amman, April 2014 - As part of its efforts to inspire and prepare youth to become productive members of their society and accelerate the development of the national economy, INJAZ partnered for the first time with InspirEngage International, a leading organization in entrepreneurship education and youth development.

We would like to thank Le Meridien Amman Hotel and Travel One Agency for their essential role they played in making this landmark event possible.

As part of the activity, INJAZ and InspirEngage implemented a range of dynamic workshops for students and teachers alike. On the first day, Skills Bootcamps and Social Enterprise Revolution were implemented at Mashrek International School with a group of students from Mashrek International School as well as Ahliah School for Girls, Al- Ittihad Schools, and Al- Rae’d Al- Arabi. With InspirEngage’s world renowned CEO Ms. Melody Hossaini participants were able to develop their professional and personal skills, and understand the Social Enterprise concept.

On the second day, Mashrek International School, Al-Raed Al-Arabi and Ahliah school teachers benefited from a training course conducted in Aramex to support them in adopting more innovative and enterprising methods in the classroom. In addition, Ms. Melody led a component on social enterprise and empowered the teachers to create their own social enterprise projects.

The third day picked up where the first day of social enterprise projects left off at Mashrek International School. Students were able to develop and showcase their Social Enterprise projects.

Mr. Muhannad Jarrah the executive director for Skills Building Program at INJAZ said: “This partnership is an added value to our students in private schools, which tackles students’ and teachers’ interests, we are satisfied by our partnership with InspirEngage, as well as all our partnerships with the international organizations that we are working with in order to develop the skills of INJAZ beneficiaries and their way of life”.
