Intense Training Program at BBS!

Prepare for battle because we might be going to war! Well at least that’s what it feels like at BBS when it comes to our intense training program. Here at BBS, Inc we take pride in our training program in making sure that all employees are trained to be the best account managers. We have added a pre-employment screening orientation “PESO” geared to give more knowledge to new employees to ensure success in the beginning phase of this business.

Billy Clark has been working at BBS for a little over a month now. We asked his thoughts on his experience in the training program and he stated that, “the training program helped ease me into sales because I had never done sales before coming to BBS.” He got his first sale on his fifth day working here. We asked what he like most about the training program and he said that, “ the training program is very organized and structured from sales to product knowledge.” The training program involves two days of classroom style training and two days of shadowing an employee! The great training is one of the reasons why BBS was ranked in the top three for best places to work in the Boston Globe!
