Key Real Estate Introduces New Agent

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. - April 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Key Real Estate is excited to welcome Theresa Hobbs to our sales team. Originally from Ohio, Theresa came to Jamestown via Phoenix, Arizona. Having fallen in love with the unique characteristics of our area, she now helps people make Chautauqua County their home.
Theresa brings multiple disciplines to our staff. After completing her BA in Business Administration at DeVry University, she worked as a Sr. Loan Processor for five years. This experience gives her a unique understanding of the loan approval process, allowing her to provide beneficial information and guidance to home buyers.
Also having a history as a Legal Researcher, Theresa is very familiar with the intricacies of contracts. The combination of this experience and environment puts her in position to help buyers and sellers alike understand the specific terms and conditions of the many agreements involved in a real estate transaction.
Theresa has a history of working hard to help her customers receive the financing needed in order to obtain their dream home. She is now positioned to provide that same work ethic in helping clients reach their goal of selling or buying their home in the most direct manner possible, as a Realtor.
