Bungalo Records/UMGD Recording Artist John Brackett's Official "Meet & Greet" & Industry Mixer

April 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Bronx Rapper John Brackett is set to hold an exclusive "Meet & Greet" event for fans and media on April 15th 2014 at Le Reve NYC. Brackett, who recently inked an international record deal with Bungalo Records/Universal Music Group Distribution will also be celebrating the release of his new smash hit "Hublot". "Hublot" has just recently began to garner extensive airplay on New York City's top radio stations such as Power 105.1 FM.

In 2013 John Brackett took the music industry by storm achieving more notoriety in a relatively short time span than many more established acts. John Brackett has received the support of numerous industry heavy weights and tastemakers. Deejays such as Hot 97's Dj Enuff, Power 105.1's Dj Self, legendary Shade 45 mix-master DJ Green Lantern, and Hot 97's Radio Personalities Cipher Sounds & Funkmaster Flex have all either hosted a Brackett mix-tape or have played his music frequently. It is no wonder that MTV.com named John Brackett a 2013 "Artist to Watch"

For the better half of 2013, his singles "Hello" & "Bang Bang" gained John Brackett critical acclaim and fanfare. For 18 weeks Power 105.1's Dj Self made "Hello" a staple on his mix-show program while "Bang Bang," which is featured on the "Beats by DRE" Project "Retox" Hosted by DJ Ted Smooth, received regular airplay on Hot 97.

John Brackett & Bungalo Records/UMGD are also very active in the community. Brackett often donates his time and resources to those less fortunate. Whether its participation at the St. Barmabas Hosptial & the Bronx Museum of Art Holiday toy drives, a pre-thanksgiving turkey giveaway, participation in the Puerto Rican Day Parade celebrating latino culture in New York City, John Brackett is sure to be at the forefront giving his all.
