KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - April 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Santa Claus has always been musically motivated. He loves a lot more than just Christmas music. So with Norma coming to town, Santa & Mrs, Claus had to show their support. Actually Santa is none other than the author Joe Moore, of the increasingly popular series called the Santa Claus Trilogy. He will be making an appearance at the Rossini Festival in Knoxville this Saturday, April 12th.

Moore has written and published the trilogy with the third having been just released this year. He not only writes about Santa Claus and his village, but he spends the last two months of the year portraying Santa all over East Tennessee in his custom made suits. Moore is an expert in all things Santa Claus and does interviews as Santa discussing events in the North Pole, all things reindeer and elves and hot Christmas toys for kids.

This festival celebrates the Knoxville Opera's fully staged production of Bellini's Norma at the Tennessee Theater and is a delightful way to spend a Saturday. Even the weather promises to cooperate for Santa's arrival this year. The 13th Annual event takes place Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 11:00 am until 9:00 pm in downtown Gay Street and Market Square.

The Rossini Festival is dedicated to celebrating the arts with a spectacular feast of dance, music and opera from the region’s best talent. The festival drew over 100,000 people from Knox County and the surrounding region in 2012 to showcase the wealth of culture, live entertainment and education this area is so rich in and will feature areas for children, culinary offerings, artisan exhibits and much more and is free to the public.

Moore will be at Booth 210 on Gay Street by Cumberland Avenue to sell and autograph his books which consists of the following three novels:

Believe Again, The North Pole Chronicles begins the trilogy by showing how the elves and the North Pole came into being. It actually takes place from the late 18th century and proceeds through the generations and centuries until modern time. It shows how the elves chose Santa Claus and how the various legends came to exist.

Faith, Hope & Reindeer is a present day snapshot of a week in the North Pole where several families that are struggling to do good have lost their faith and hope from the problems of their lives. They receive an all-expense paid vacation but they don't know their final destination. They end up in the North Pole where Santa and the village restore their faith and hope and they learn that miracles still exist. This book is currently being planned as a major motion picture scheduled for Christmas, 2015

The third book changes everything, says Moore, Santa's North pole is melting and he and all the residents of their North Pole Village have to find a new home and escape before the village crashes into the Arctic Ocean. He promises that Glaciers Melt & Mountains Smoke will change the Santa Claus legend for all time.
