Trumpet Student Placed 7th Nationally, Receives Bronze Medal

 
EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. - April 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Music Notes Academy trumpet student David Shalat, from Gillette, NJ, recently competed amongst US military high schools, where candidates were performing music for adjudication. David placed 7th nationally in Trumpet, earning him a Bronze medal; he was asked to play in the first-trumpet section at the National All Military School Band Concert in Washington, D.C. David is a student at Valley Forge, which was ranked best military band in the US this year.
