April 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Kash Construction was founded by Robert Kashefi.  This is a property preservation company that was created to meet the need for a provider of general maintenance, property preservation, and inspections for abandoned SFR, industrial, commercial, and multi-family real estate.

Robert Kashefi’s interest for construction formed from a project of helping his father build his dream home.  Mr. Kashefi attended USC Business School, and as a result of his experience and education, he is well-versed in real-estate finance, management, and accounting.

The services of Kash Construction include weekly/monthly maintenance, code violations and permits, termite, pest and mold inspections, repairs such as drywall, painting, plumbing, replacing carpets, flooring installation, etc., winterizations, pool maintenance, repairs, and board ups, yard work from grass cuts to weed removals, to bush and tree trimming, to tree removal, trash outs, removal and hauling of debris, and demolishing, securing, board ups, janitorial, sales clean, evictions, lockouts, and trial, cash for key (relocation) negotiation, and occupancy/property inspections.  All of our guidelines are in accordance with HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac standards.

Following graduation, he worked in tenant improvement.  His primary project responsibilities included visiting numerous properties with the crew that he managed and making the impertinent upgrades that added safety, financial and aesthetic value to the properties.  In addition to tenant improvement, he also has extensive experience from building a coffee shop, completing REO maintenance and preservations, and remodelling 2 large hotels.

Mr. Robert Kashefi is proud to have worked on many complicated projects over the past 10 years.  Kash Construction has renovated The Palm Springs Travelodge through transforming it from the motor lodge look into a modern, classy, hip look and feel.  The company kept the existing structure and added amenities that had a mid century contemporary look.  Furthermore, they removed the parking lot and added lush desert vegetation and bright plants to make the landscape even more attractive.  In the future, a meeting room that will accommodate 100 people will be added to the Travelodge as well as adding a deli with sandwiches and other snacks available for the guests to order.  The extended lobby of the hotel elegantly greets guests with its classic Hollywood decor and flat screen televisions.
