Due to a specific request to develop a comprehensive owner referral program for a major client, ResortCom International began providing marketing services in 1999. Over time the 30 year old company gradually expanded their services to include non-owner referral, past guest, and pre-arrival marketing. After many years of fine tuning, ResortCom made the decision to offer these marketing services to other existing clients. To oversee the division, ResortCom hired a regional sales director with extensive sale force development and management to oversee this division.
According to Ingrande, “since ResortCom now provides marketing services and sales force development and management any resort that currently has inventory to sell but does not have a sales force in place can potentially benefit from these new services.”
