Emerging Female Accountant - Public Accounting

Recent graduate from Woodbury University enters the field public accounting, with an emphasis on Assurance Services. She will begin her full time career as an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP end of July 2014.

LOS ANGELES - April 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Twenty-two year old Eva Tashchyan will be graduating from Woodbury University on May 14, 2014. She is receiving her Bachelors of Business degree in Accounting and will be studying for the CPA exam immediately after graduation. She has worked very hard during the past few years to reach her goals.

Eva is currently the President of the Accounting Society, member of the BBA student advisory board, Site Coordinator of the campus Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, and a tax intern at TWHC. On top of all of her extra curricular activities, Eva has maintained a 4.0 major GPA, granting her the Summa Cum Lade honor.

         Eva’s goal has been to graduate with honors and have a job ready for after graduation. She received a full-time job offer from Ernst & Young LLP, and will be working in the Los Angeles branch beginning July 31. She will be working on passing all four parts of the CPA exam within the next year, as it is both her goal and a requirement at the company.

         Being a young female entering the public accounting industry is not simple. She will be devoting all of her time to her work in order to exceed everyone’s expectations. She is very determined to reaching her goals and not letting anything get in her way.
