CHEYENNE, Wyo. - April 7, 2014 - PRLog -- OutdoorGearLab a reputable outdoor gear review website specializing in weighted side-by-side comparison reviews, recently set live their Top Women's Shoes For CrossFit Training Review. They tested seven of the most popular designs currently on the market to see which ones would survive countless rope climbs, squat cleans, pistol squats and sprints the best. The testing workouts included three different categories; mono-structural exercises, gymnastics and weightlifting. The contenders were evaluated for support, comfort, sensitivity, breathability and protection and also on how they performed while specifically running and weightlifting. Once the results were in, the Editors' Choice, Top Pick and Best Buy awards were distributed accordingly.

The winners:

Reebok Nano 3.0 wins the Editors' Choice award for 2014. About them, Review Editor Kate Brierley says, "Clearly the best design we tested by far. None of the other products we tested came close. They received high scores in every category with support enough for weightlifting while still light enough for gymnastics. The Nano 3.0 provides comfort, is ergonomically stable and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a training shoe."

Top Pick award winner for 2014 goes to the Reebok Nano Speed. According to Brierley, "These are the model for athletes with a focus or background in running or for that WOD that requires intensive running. They are flexible, lightweight and sturdy and so also good for non-running intense workouts."

The Reebok Nano 2.0 wins the Best Buy award for 2014. This award goes to a product that balances a good product equally with a good price. Brierley explains her soft spot for them, "The Nano 2.0 was my first pair of CrossFit shoes. They are just slightly less protective than the 3.0 and provide equal amounts of support and comfort. I recommend them for the athlete who trains up to five times a week."

This review also contains an informative Buying Advice article explaining the importance obtaining the right shoe for your particular needs.
