Colliers International Negotiates over 20,000 Square Feet of Leases

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - April 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Colliers International | Alabama is pleased to announce that it has successfully negotiated a lease on behalf of Trane U.S. Inc. at 301 James Record Road in Huntsville, Alabama.  Randy Thomas of Colliers International | Alabama represented Trane in completing the lease for 15,000 square feet of office and warehouse.  Triad Commercial Brokerage represented the landlord.

Colliers International | Alabama has also negotiated a lease on behalf of Forerunner Technologies, Inc. at University Square Business Center in Huntsville, Alabama.  Randy Thomas of Colliers International | Alabama represented Forerunner Technologies in leasing over 5,600 square feet of office space.  InterSouth Properties, Inc. represented the landlord.
