Luxembourg Raised Minimum Salary Threshold for Blue Card Holders

SUNNYVALE, Calif. - April 4, 2014 - PRLog -- The Ministry of Employment of Luxembourg has raised the minimum salary threshold for Blue Card holders. As per the new threshold, it is necessary for the blue card holders to earn a minimum annual salary of €69,858 (up from €69,842), reports Nair & Co. a provider of global HR services (http://www.nair-co.com/global-hr-services.aspx) for companies with international operations.

The new threshold is applicable to both, new applications and existing blue card holders’ renewal applications. Applications will be rejected, if they fail to meet the new threshold. Blue card holders’ minimum salary is adjusted every year by the Ministry of Employment.
