About One Saturday Program:

Our Mission: Donations made simple and local: that's the goal of One Saturday Program. We make it simple by identifying the first Saturday of each month as a collection date. We make it local by using area businesses as collection sites.

Local Business Involvement: Local business owners collect designated items for and distribute information about area nonprofits. Business owners can also deepen their involvement by providing services, products, or volunteer time. Businesses benefit when new and return customers visit to drop off donations. One Saturday Program highlights participating businesses through e-mail, website, social media, and other media exposure.

Nonprofit Awareness: Increased awareness of nonprofits through local businesses and donors leads to increased volunteer or sponsor involvement, allowing nonprofits to serve more people and better spread the word about programs and events.

Community & Individual Donor Involvement: Community members and donors participate by donating requested items to families and children in need and by volunteering, holding their own collections, and spreading the word about upcoming events.
