Snap Learning Releases Free Books and New Products for National Reading Month

FRESNO, Calif. - April 3, 2014 - PRLog -- SNAP Learning, a recognized publisher of K-6 reading curriculum, launched a new website with two new reading products in celebration of National Reading Month, in March.

SNAP Learning is dedicated to providing educators with quality digital reading material aligned to the Common Core. In honor of National Reading Month, the company chose March to launch its two Common Core aligned, reading products for districts and educators to help students with their ELA programs.

The ‘Close Reading Portfolio’ provides a series of interactive exercises that gives students practice in deriving central ideas and key supporting points in their reading material. SNAP Learning’s new ‘Books & Collections’ library comprises nearly 500 English and Spanish titles, and was developed to provide supplemental, grade specific, reading material in History/Social Science and Science topics.

In addition to the above, the company’s popular ‘Guided Reading Program’ is still available on their redesigned website and provides over 130 engaging books and lesson plans, covering comprehension strategies, oral fluency skills, and content in history, science, and language arts.

6^th graders will love the graphic features in this book that will help them interpret maps and other weather graphics.
