Actionstep Practice Management System Offers Australian Litigation Practice Templates

SYDNEY - April 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Cloud-based law practice management software, Actionstep, today announced the release of New South Wales Litigation and Probate Practice precedent apps.

The Probate App includes a list of workflow steps and court document templates. The Litigation App comes with a list of document templates based on the NSW court documents for Uniform Civil Procedure Rules (“UCPR”). The templates were designed for law firms looking to implement. These can be further customized to meet internal policies and procedures.

Actionstep’s Litigation process templates are available via the Actionstep Appstore and can be purchased individually for $5 per user per month in addition to Actionstep’s monthly software subscription charge. To create the court documents using the document templates, users need the Actionstep plug-in for HotDocs which costs an additional $19 per user per month.

Actionstep plans to release a Family Law app in the coming weeks.
