Celebrate Earth Month with 30 Days Greener Choices

April 2, 2014 - PRLog -- Vancouver, BC Canada, April 2 ,2014- North America’s largest green daily deal site ethicalDeal is showing people how easy it is to live green with a free Earth Month challenge called 30 Days of GREENER Choices (http://www.greenerchoices.ca/).

Each day of ethicalDeal’s 30-Days of Greener Choices Challenge, participants receive an email with a green challenge. Over the next 30 days participants will learn how to green their shopping, workplace, personal care routine, workout, food and style. Easy challenges like “pack a litterless lunch today” or “unplug your fitness“ are simple enough to complete and encourage everyone to get involved.

“It’s all part of raising awareness about Earth Month and making greener choices a habit 365 days a year,” says Jeannette Montroy, Community Manager for ethicalDeal.

It’s free to sign-up and all challenge participants are entered to win weekly prizes from green businesses with one lucky winner walking away with a $2,500 ‘Green Dream’ Grand Prize Pack filled green lifestyle products and services.

Participants can earn extra prize entries when they share their participation on social media using hashtag #30DaysGreenerChoices. “It’s great to see the engagement that’s already been generated on day 1 of the campaign” says Jeannette. “We’re seeing people share pictures of their “greener choice” through the challenge’s dedicated Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/30DaysofGreenerChoices).”

Although people from across North America can participate, the challenge aligns well with ethicalDeal’s headquarters in Vancouver, BC as the city progresses its official initiative to become the “Greenest City in the World by 2020 (https://vancouver.ca/green-vancouver/greenest-city-2020-a...)”.
