KMA Human Resources Consulting and Borislow Insurance Announce Strategic Partnership

Falmouth, Maine—KMA Human Resources Consulting (KMA) and Borislow Insurance (BI) announced today a new strategic partnership for human resource consulting services to BI clients seeking assistance with their employee relation issues, benefit planning, recruiting and talent retention efforts, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Through KMA, BI will offer several packages of HR services and/or hourly HR consulting services to clients based on their specific needs. These services include HR compliance audits, review and revisions of client HR forms and documents (including employee handbooks), employment record-keeping and filing, compensation issues, performance management, training, and a toolkit of HR forms and reference documents.
