If so, group fitness might be a great way to enjoy a work-out AND make new friends. Or maybe you prefer to get in the zone and sweat it out solo, which means basic cardio or conditioning might be a better fit for you!

3. COST: A one size fits all club membership may not be right for you- So find a club that offers a number of different programs and memberships so you’re getting the most bang for your buck! There are memberships that allow you to pay for what you USE not just for all that they OFFER.
4. AMENITIES: Do they have a daycare? Are their hours convenient to your personal/professional life? These are all important things to consider when shopping around for the right gym!
