2nd Annual Chipping in for Children® Golf Tournament Seeks Sponsors For Local CMN Hospitals

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - April 2, 2014 - PRLog -- Several national vendors and local sponsors, including Walmart, have already signed up to share the spotlight and the greens on Thursday, June 19th at the Nashville Chipping in for Children® golf tournament at Pine Creek Golf Course from 10am -8pm, with a 12pm shotgun start.

The second annual Nashville Chipping in for Children® charity tournament benefits CMN children and families served by Children’s Hospital at Erlanger, East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, Monroe Carell Jr. Childrens Hospital at Vanderbilt and Wellmont Health System.  Although the Nashville program is currently only in its second year, Chipping in for Children®, originated by Cliffedge Marketing out of St. Louis, MO, is in its fourth year and has currently raised more than $300,000 for CMN hospitals in Saint Louis, Kansas City, Memphis and Nashville.  The 2014 CIFC program looks to bring in close to half a million dollars in donations across participating regions.

Tournament organizers are still accepting donations and tournament sponsorships.  Sponsor levels range from hole and GPS sponsorships to driving range and cocktail party sponsorships.  All sponsorship levels include sponsor signage, one tournament foursome, and several additional opportunities.

In addition to a prestigious round of golf for a great cause, sponsors and players will receive lunch, hole in one contest, cocktail hour, dinner, and awards ceremony featuring CMN miracle families and Children Ambassadors, as well as the ability to mingle with vendors, CMN board of directors, and other supporters of the organization and local area hospitals.
