Adams Homes names construction manager in Jacksonville

GULF BREEZE, Fla. - April 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Adams Homes announces that Mike Bianchi has been appointed as Production Manager for the company’s Jacksonville (http://www.adamshomes.com/florida/jacksonville), Florida (http://www.adamshomes.com/florida) operations.  Bianchi takes over after previous Production Manager, Fred Lintz was promoted to oversee Adams Homes' Lakeland (http://www.adamshomes.com/florida/lakeland) market.

Bianchi brings 11 years of experience as a new home superintendent more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry.  Bianchi previously worked as a new home superintendent within the company’s Daytona division.  Bianchi is also a certified Storm Water Inspector.

When we asked Bianchi why he loves his job, he responded, “My favorite part of the job is the look on our new homeowners face as they cross the threshold into their new home.  I love the homeowner who is speechless, has tears of joy and of course I love the “hug”.  That’s what it’s all about for me – making families’ dreams come true.”

As Production Manager, Bianchi will oversee permitting, construction, and warranty operations for the Jacksonville area.
