A questionnaire is sent to clients at the conclusion on their matter which asks for feedback on their experience which we then publish quarterly on our website. Our most recent figures show that 100% of more than 200 respondents would use us again.”
The customer service award is the most hotly contended with more than 20 local businesses nominated. The award’s recipient is decided by a panel of judges, drawn from diverse member organisations across the region. The judges were impressed with Tinsdills enviable client feedback but also the way the firm has delivered excellent service even when under pressure.
Tim explains “This award also highlights the way that our firm has handled the transfer of many thousands of documents from the former firm, Hacking Ashton LLP who closed last year. Tinsdills were chosen to handle many of these documents such as deeds and securities, and to contact their owners because of the firm’s reputation for delivering excellent client satisfaction. Whilst the process of dealing with these documents has not been easy we have been pleased to see so many positive comments from former Hacking Ashton clients thanking us for all the help we have provided in what has been a difficult and uncertain time for them”
