PRLog - Apr. 1, 2014 - KIRKLAND, Wash. -- Element 5 Fitness has a new and revolutionary fitness class that has recently been named by Men’s Health Magazine the “World’s Smartest Workout!” Read on to learn more about this exciting fitness class.
Men’s Health magazine has just named the new TACFIT program, the world’s smartest workout. The program was created by world-renowned fitness coach Scott Sonnon. He has also been voted one of the top 25 trainers in the world (Men’s Fitness) and voted one of the 6 most influential martial artists of this century (Black Belt Magazine).
Scott Sonnon created TACFIT (short for tactical fitness) as a means to help the body efficiently respond to a crisis and to remain “level-headed”
Most programs overemphasize aerobic energy; others overemphasize size and limit strength. TACFIT is an integrated approach to fitness that maximizes your body’s ability to perform at a high intensity in multi-planar movements for repeated bursts of short duration with fast and efficient recovery. It works off the premise of controlling your body quickly, efficiently, and in a precise manner that actually improves your fitness efficiency, effectiveness and is less exhausting than most fitness protocols.
“It is by far the most ‘bang-for-
“I was introduced to it back in 2008 by a colleague who was already certified, and I had been using the system since. I was blown away by the results that I decided to finally become a TACFIT Field Instructor Level 1 last year. TACFIT will provide our clients a very powerful change in it’s simplicity, and in helping them move their body the way they’ve always dreamt of moving. It's a very intelligent way to improve real world skills and strength, it has an integrative recovery breathing protocol, it takes away the focus of pushing through pain, and keeps you fully engaged with your tasks of the workout. It could very well be the one program that can take a person’s fitness to the next level”, says Acda.
Starting next week, Element 5 Fitness will offer small group TACFIT classes, at an affordable introductory rate to help inspire clients to move better, and also get inspired by others in the program. If you’re ready for a change and are interested in giving this this dynamic integrated approach to full body conditioning at Element 5 Fitness a try, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 425-823-4400.
