Men’s Health magazine has just named the new TACFIT program, the world’s smartest workout. The program was created by world-renowned fitness coach Scott Sonnon. He has also been voted one of the top 25 trainers in the world (Men’s Fitness) and voted one of the 6 most influential martial artists of this century (Black Belt Magazine).
