VO Atlanta Voiceover Conference Confirms Plans to Return in 2015

ATLANTA - March 31, 2014 - PRLog -- VoiceoverCity, LLC has announced plans for the largest voiceover conference on the east coast in Atlanta for March 2015.

The 2014 voiceover conference has just ended, but Conference Producer and Voiceovercity founder Gerald Griffith has made it his mission to keep things moving ahead full-speed in preparations for what he's called "A complete redifining of what it means to attend a voiceover conference."  Based on what he's done in the past two years, there's little doubt he intends to offer something exciting in 2015.

Gerald has indicated he plans to make it a point to not simply go after higher attendance, but to work the conference in such a way as to provide meaningful opportunities for those that attend.  He's pleased to to provide an exciting time during the conference, but he believes people are looking for, and wanting more opportunities for engagement.

According to Gerald, he's already set goals for a number of jobs he wants to see awarded during the conference, as well as a number of agency signings that take place at VO Atlanta 2015.  There's also news that he plans on inviting the Red Cross out to offer a blood drive during the conference in order to connect attendees to what it really means to 'Give Back'.  "What better way to give back, than to contribute to the lives of others through a blood drive" says Gerald.

When asked why he doesn't simply take a break to recover from the 2014 conference, Gerald responds "I've got BIG plans and there's no time to waste."  VO Atlanta will continue to attract the leading names and talent from around the country and in 2015, that effort will include adding more engaging activities, interactive learning, and opportunities to connect with actual career opportunities.

The future looks brigtht for VO Atlanta as they continue to expand their reach in and beyond the voiceover community.  "Voiceover is a part of an ecosystem of communication" says Gerald and he aims to bring more parts of that system to VO Atlanta to have an impact on all that attend.

The success of the 2014 conference is evident by the fact that nearly 30% of those attending have already registered for the 2015 conference.  This percentage is sure to grow as more information comes out about the features being planned for the next conference in March 2015.

An initial change affecting the conference is the selection of a different website name.  A decision has been made to remove the year from the previous name and use the domain voatlanta.me which reflects the desire of the conference to be all about the needs and interest of the attendees.
