The association is seeking input on the following areas: Fraudulent Resale Activity, Transfer and Donation Scams, Usage / Booking Issues, Sales and Marketing, Exchange, HOA, and other General ownership matters. Consumers need not be current NTOA members and may remain anonymous if they wish. This data will be compiled and used to steer future NTOA activities and strategies including awarding of the association’
