Building upon its growth, D3 Solutions Marketing’s director took a number of her colleagues to the leadership conference, an invite-only event held in Dallas, Texas.

"Adam and Joe went to the Leadership Meeting," the CEO continued. "They were my first two account managers and they've been to the main conference before. Now, they are pushing to become assistant managers. I am expecting to promote them both in the next few months thanks to their hard work.”

"Meanwhile, Jeremiah thrives under good leadership and is ready to begin building his team. He is also excellent at training others.
