The first of two positions will be for a repair technician. The second of the two positions will be for a customer service representative. As the title says, this person will be working with customer to take care of anything the repair technician cannot take care of as an advocate of the customer.
Both positions will need people skills for their interactions with customers. Both positions will need those other skills that will allow the company to continue to win awards.
