The book, which is available for purchase via lulu.com shares the emotional details of becoming an adoptive family and the testimony of God’s grace for their son Quinn, born in Seoul, South Korea.
“It’s hard to even describe what it was like,” Mr. Speers recently said. “We already had twin girls, but God put it on our hearts to adopt and we soon were led to Quinn. He grabbed our hearts instantly and less than a year later we were a family of five. Our adoption experience was just as incredible, and in many ways, more powerful than the natural birth of our girls. It was just amazing to watch God guide everything and bring us all together. Adoption is so wonderful.”
Mr. Speers and his wife recently started an adoption awareness ministry at their church called Embrace. Their goal is to help other adults recognize the need for children to be adopted and to help remove the mystery of the entire adoption ideology.
“Adoption isn’t weird or strange,” he added. “It’s fulfilling in every way and love abounds. We are so blessed to be Quinn’s parents!”
