The Washington Redskins sign Wide Receiver and Kick Return Specialist DeSean Jackson - Ron Robey

March 29, 2014 - PRLog -- Following the news of  Superstar Wide Receiver DeSean Jackson (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DeSean_Jackson) being released from the Philadelphia Eagles yesterday, he's now meeting with the Washington Redskins (http://www.redskins.com/) next week.  Rookie Head Coach Dan Gruden (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/football-insider/wp/2014/03/24/daniel-snyder-is-excited-about-jay-gruden-and-redskins-future/) will have one leg up on the season with the addition of this Pro Bowl (http://www.nfl.com/probowl) Kick Return Specialist and Wide Receiver.  Jackson has a pile of interested teams to include but not limited to the Chiefs (http://www.kcchiefs.com/) and Buccaneers (http://www.buccaneers.com/).  He will likely sign with the Redskins due to the distance of Landover, MD (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Landover,_Maryland) is to Philidelphia, PA and the explosive playmaker in Robert Griffin III (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RG.3).

SOME OF JACKSONS FIRST ACCOMPLISHMENTS
1.  First Player to be selected for the Pro Bowl in two different positions.
