Connecting with the Orange County Community

COSTA MESA, Calif. - March 27, 2014 - PRLog -- This year, the YMCA of Orange County is sponsoring the 2014 OC Family Summer Camp & Activities Fair. This fair will be held at the Irvine Spectrum Center on Saturday, March 29 from 11am to 4pm in the Giant Wheel Court. This free event is open to the community, and will feature camp demonstrations, live stage performances, face painting, balloon artists, a Wii lounge, and more.

The YMCA will also be sponsoring the 35^th Annual Imaginology Fair, formerly known as the Youth Expo. This free Fair will be held at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa from Friday April 11 to Sunday, April 13. The Imaginology Fair showcases the talents of Orange County youth in individual and group project competitions in subjects ranging from science to arts as well as hands-on exhibits for all ages.

Visit the YMCA booth for arts and crafts, science experiments, sign language demos, photography fun, karaoke and dancing, and sports like basketball and soccer. Learn about the YMCA’s youth and family programs which emphasize positive values and behaviors and helps families grow stronger together. Participants can also enter to win free membership, summer camp, YMCA goodies, and more at the booth.
