Good news for high skilled professionals, now United States Citizenship and immigration services (USCIS) is accepting H-1B visa petitions for the fiscal year 2015 on April 1, 2014. This year also USCIS granted around 65,000 mandated cap and another 20,000 politicians are accepting from the US master degree holder or highly skilled professionals who is studying in the US Universities. If the petitions are crossed than maximum visa petitions, the Immigration department chooses the visa petitions by a random selection process called lottery system. If any applicant is not getting H-1B visa, their filing fees will return to the applicants.

Every year, USCIS receives a lot of petitions under premium processing. The applicant can get the H-1B work visa within five business working days, so a lot of foreigners interested to file under premium processing. Depends on the requesting of premium processing petitions, the USCIS will begin premium processing within April 28.

Last year the USCIS got a lot of petitions from the foreign countries, especially from the India and China, finally the entities choose by the lottery system. Additionally the USCIS also plans to increase the high skilled professionals visa count to start a business with the United States. The main reason high skills may useful to increase the US economy growth, that can create new employment in the United States as well.
