(TDS), has just announced that Jack Freker is joining TDS Global Solutions as chairman effective immediately. Freker brings more than 30 years of relevant business services and business process outsourcing (BPO) industry experience. Previously, he spent 13 years building Convergys to the position as global leader in call center outsourcing. Later, Freker served as president and COO of Zenta, a leading KPO/BPO provider, and most recently he served as CEO of First Advantage, the global leader in employee background screening. Freker earned his Bachelor's Degree from Princeton University and is a graduate of The Executive Management Program at the Tuck School of Business of Dartmouth College.
Jack Freker was also First Advantage CEO before joining TDS Global Solutions.
After a successful 23-year run in the BPO industry, TDS Global Solutions President Jon Kaplan has finally found the ideal partner who will help prepare the company for its next stage of growth and global expansion. Freker will be helping TDS Global Solutions identify and create the company’s strategic direction and support the development of the company’s senior management team. He will also be involved in enhancing TDS’ products and services line up.
