Chris Spade Digs Deep to find House for Client

SAN DIEGO - March 26, 2014 - PRLog -- "If it's not on the MLS, I can find it," says Chris Spade, REALTOR at Keller Williams Realty San Diego Metro.

Spade recently went into escrow on a property at 3669 Swift Avenue in North Park.  I had to dig for the property until I found the one for my client, said Spade.  It's not even on the market. The seller is representing himself.

We can't disclose the price for the property but we can say that both buyer and seller are happy.

Home prices in North Park (92104) are up.  Last year the median price for a home in 92104 was $385,000, right now it's up to $435,000.  That's a 13% jump year over year.

Norh Park isn't the only neighborhood seeing increased home values.  Prices are up about 20% all over San Diego County.

"In 2014 we expect prices to rise and to see an increase in interest rates.  It's time for buyers to get off the fence and buy their house now," says Spade.
