Christine Linford is promoted to Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources. She joined the Bank in 2010 as Vice President, Director of Human Resources. Linford oversees all human resources functions, including the implementation of new corporate and employee policies, employee relations and recruitment for the Bank’s headquarters and branch locations. She has more than 14 years of experience in the human resources field and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Tracy Gill is promoted to Vice President, Branch Operations Manager. Gill, who joined Bank of Georgetown in 2008, currently manages the Bethesda branch and helps oversee the Friendship Heights and Connecticut Avenue branches. In addition, she trains new and existing branch personnel and assists Branch Administration with daily operational duties. She has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry.
Colin Duffy is promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Operations Manager. In this role, Duffy will assist Branch Administration with various projects and support community outreach and business development. He currently oversees branch operations of both the Friendship Heights and Winsor (Georgetown)
