The agenda has already attracted expert speakers from end-users, ServiceNow Product Management and authorised partners. Additionally, all delegates will be entered into a draw to win a Panasonic Lumix GF6K camera.
The ServiceNow User Group is independently run by a volunteer group of ServiceNow customers and partners and is dedicated to meeting the needs of busy professionals that have worked with or intend to use ServiceNow. It meets three times each year and regularly features a mix of technical and business presentations. Delegates also benefit from valuable networking opportunities with their peers and breakout sessions that cater for special interests during the one day event.
Lucia Jelley of the SNUG Committee said, “The UK has a vibrant ServiceNow community that comes together online and at the SNUG. The last SNUG event was held at the Magic Circle London and was extremely well received by all attendees. We are always looking to attract more members of the ServiceNow community to join us on Wednesday 2nd April. The agenda has an excellent range of presentations that will make the day both informative and entertaining.”
Feedback from past SNUG events is that they are an excellent opportunity to hear directly from ServiceNow Product Management, receive technical information, gain insight into how organisations can leverage an investment in ServiceNow, as well as discuss any questions with ServiceNow and its partners.
Mike Beale, Managing Director of TeamUltra added, “SNUG represents a fantastic opportunity for users and managers involved in ServiceNow to enhance their understanding of the latest product and partner news, receive technical updates and hear best practice examples of how their peers are using ServiceNow to automate, manage and control all aspects of service delivery. I am delighted that TeamUltra will be hosting the event alongside ServiceNow user, University of Warwick, and we are looking forward to seeing many members of the ServiceNow community next week.”
All attendees will receive a copy of the latest ServiceNow best practice case study looking at how University of Warwick has optimised their use of ServiceNow. They will also be entered into a draw to win a fantastic a Panasonic Lumix GF6K camera courtesy of ServiceNow partner Firescope.
