Imogen Douglas opened her first shop in Edinburgh in 2007 after getting frustrated at the lack of unique, well-fitted shoes available for her daughter. The shop was an instant hit with its international stock of stylish shoes catering for the many different shapes and sizes of children’s feet. A second Edinburgh-based shop followed less than a year later. Revenues have grown year on year hitting its first million in October 2011.
Imogen said: “We have a proven business model with potentially excellent margins and growth potential. We operate in highly visible areas and specialise in children’s shoes and accessories. Our staff are fully trained to measure children’s feet properly to ensure a perfect fit and we carry an outstanding range of stock which is very difficult to find elsewhere.”

Franchise owners will receive everything they need to establish their business including finding a location and shop premises, sourcing stock, operational systems and software, local marketing tools, training and recruitment of staff. Ten days induction training is part of the package, half of which take place in an existing branch and you are assigned a franchise mentor for on-going support.
