Strengthening the new trade name and brand identity, the company has created a new logo, which encapsulates the new vision for the organization. The new logo retains elements of TDS’ previous logos, including the rising bars, which signify TDS’s role in assisting its client’s growth and expansion through various lifecycles of their business. The circular emblem, meanwhile, represents the company’s never-ending commitment to supporting its clients around the world.
Kaplan explains, “We wanted to keep the brand recognition as many clients know us as TDS, but we also felt that we needed to change our name to TDS Global Solutions to become more globally focused. The company has become a full service solutions provider, and we plan to provide these solutions on a more global basis, so we can be in multiple locations to serve our clients.”
Since 1991, TDS has grown rapidly by successfully supporting robust demands from clients first in the Americas and then later in both Europe and Asia. The successful client relationships have sparked plans to further expand the business and equip the company with the essential human, service and technology resources to assist a broader range of BPO clients across more geographies. Kaplan explains, “Our firm continues to expand our product and service offerings to more new and existing clients than ever before. A new website featuring the company’s new visual identity is set to be launched later in the second quarter.
